History of development
従来のフレキシブルコンテナの下部から原料を抜く輸送では、クレーンによりコンテナを持ち上げる高さが高く危険作業になるタイミングがあったり、コンテナ底より材料を排出するため、コンタミが混入するおそれがあるといったご意見がありました。そのような問題を解消するためコンテナに吸引ノズルを上方から差し込む方式にし、作業性を高めることで設置にかかる時間の短縮を行い、できるだけコンタミが入りにくい構造を検討し装置を開発しました。
