This company complies with the Fair Disclosure Rule defined in the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law, when it comes to disclosure of corporate information. We take steps to ensure that distribution is not done selectively to specific people. We make efforts to distribute fast, fair, correct and easy-to-understand corporate information to our shareholders, including regular investors, institutional investors and analysts.

   The distribution method is based on the requirements of the Financial Instruments and Exchange Law and the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s rules about the timely disclosure of corporate information by issuers of listed securities. The information is also posted on our website.

1. Our company offers quarterly disclosure of results and detailed fiscal year disclosures for your convenience.
2. 開示情報には、当社及び関連会社の財政状態及び業績に関する将来予測の記述が含まれております。これらの将来予測の記述には一定のリスクや不確実性などが含まれており、今後の経営を取り巻く環境の変化などにより、実際の結果と必ずしも一致するものではありません。
3. 当社は、第三者によるいかなる当社業績予測を支持することをいたしません。

As for information shared in meetings (special meetings, small meetings) with stock analysts and institutional investors, it is limited to release earnings announcements, public information, well-known facts and basic information about the business environment. Our company does not share any important unpublished information.

４. Method for disclosure

1. 会社法及び金融商品取引法等における法律に定められたディスクロージャーについては、法令に定められた方法にて適正に行います。また、適時開示規則に該当するディスクロージャーは、同規則に従い、同取引所の提供する「適時開示情報伝達システム（TDnet）」へ登録し、速やかに報道機関に同一情報を提供いたします。
2. 当社ホームページにおけるTDnetにて公開した情報の提供については、金融商品取引法及び適時開示規則を踏まえ、報道機関に事実を公表し、同取引所ウェブサイト内の「適時開示情報閲覧サービス」への掲載確認後、速やかに当該情報の掲載を行うことといたします。
3. また、PDFファイルやその他準備の都合上、当該情報の当社ホームページへの掲載が遅れることもあります。適時開示規則に該当しない情報については、金融商品取引法等の各法令を踏まえて、適切な方法により正確かつ公正に当該情報を株主及び投資家に伝える方針であります。

６.IR Quiet Period

Our company has an IR quiet period that extends from the day after the last day of the quarter and until the day financial results are announced. During this time, we will offer no comment or answer any questions about the financial results. However, during the quiet period, if it turns out that earnings estimates very different from the reality, we will follow disclosure standards and appropriately publish related information.

1. 当社ホームページに情報を掲載するにあたって細心の注意を払っておりますが、第三者による人為的改ざん、または機械等の誤動作による障害その他不可抗力によって、情報に誤りを生ずる可能性がありますので、ご注意ください。
