Notice on Change of Subsidiary (Acquisition of Shares)

The Company resolved to acquire all shares of Rayken Co., Ltd. at the Board of Directors meeting held on March 26, 2012 and today signed a share transfer agreement with shareholders of RIKEN CO., LTD.
